I was looking to buy a new car but a few of my friends had been leasing for a while and they convinced me to do the same. The car I was looking at was the Peugeot 3008.
I didn`t dive in straight away – in fact I spent a few weeks of and on searching the internet for the best leasing deal I could find and kept coming back to Nationwide Vehicle Contracts because that was the best deal. I wanted a good maintenance package which Nationwide provide and even with that the price was still better than most other leasing companies could offer without a maintenance package.
The order process was very good. I received an email every few days telling me what stage I was at and what the next step was. I first inquired about the car on January 25th and then actually received my brand new car only 9 weeks later on April 4th !!

I am 72 years old and widowed. My wife and I had driven Jaguar XF’s previously, both of which had been by Personal Lease Agreements directly through Jaguar. When I tragically lost my wife a few years ago I was unable to come to terms with driving the Jaguar and so ended up driving more “popular” makes of vehicles on PCP Agreements. Having leased previously I have found it difficult to come to terms with the process of PCP and hassle at the end of term, plus I always missed the Jaguar, so decided to explore Leasing again. My needs are fairly straight forward as I now only average 7/8000 miles per year and leasing allowed me to look at more prestigious vehicles due to lower initial outlay and flexibility of tailoring the terms.
I test drove the E-Pace at a local Jaguar Dealership and was impressed with the vehicle and was given a Lease Quotation, which was acceptable, but on a lower specification model. As I was researching relatively early i had time to investigate alternative suppliers, of which I compared numerous. Nationwide Vehicle Contracts were the most competitively priced and even enabled me to order a vehicle of much higher specification.
The order process was very straight forward indeed once I had used the Jaguar Website to ‘build’ my specification of vehicle.
On the odd occasions I found it necessary to speak to anyone, my advisor Sam Curzons, Madeline Stevenson, the Delivery Team and your Customer Services Team themselves were extremely helpful and left nothing unanswered.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to any prospective customers at all, and have indeed recommended your services to other members of my family and friends as a very satisfactory means of obtaining their new vehicles due to the ease, flexibility, choice and simply wholly satisfying experience.

I was looking for a small 5 door car for use as a 2nd car in the household. I had been searching for offers over the many leasing sites on the web. Most of the sites failed to deliver on headline offers as the cars were either not available or cost more than the headline offer.
On my initial contact with Nationwide, I was initially pleased that they had the car I was enquiring about. The representative asked some basic questions relating to my needs and must have’s for the car. I was very surprised when the representative presented me with other offers that actually met and exceed what I was looking for at a reduced price.
The order process was very straight forward. I have been leasing for 10 years and the process was the most straightforward and automated I have come across.
I have felt very supported the full way through the process, however not had much need to follow up as most questions were answered first time.
Having experienced many suppliers, I have to say that the service from start to finish has been excellent. I would expect to pay additional costs for this type of service which felt more related to how I would be expected to be treated when leasing a premium vehicle rather than a small family car service.
