I have still not received the v5 with the Tesla - this means I am unable to setup the app on my phone meaning i cant charge the car externally. I have emailed a few times with no reply.

All good, uncomplicated and supportive, good offers available and glad I was able to secure (reserve) a vehicle at time of application submission as with other introducers I had struggled securing a vehicle due to the inability to reserve until application is approved.

My only gripe is with the lease company. They didn’t call when car was delivered. We have quite a few things that weren’t noted as famed even though they should have been. Guys who delivered the car would have let my neighbour sign for it had my husband not got there in time. I then received emails on Tuesday about my delivery on the Monday!

Yes one bad thing the original delivery date advised- 14th July was missed by the delivery,company,so subsequently delivery could not be made until 22/07, which put me at great inconvenience and cost

At the end of your Polestar lease contract, you are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is fully legal and roadworthy when returned. You must return the vehicle with no more than normal wear and tear, and photos will be taken before delivery and at collection. Any damage or missing items caused during the lease period will be charged, and you should get any damage fixed by a reputable specialist before returning the vehicle.
