Business Used Car Leasing

Our business used car leasing contracts include the following:

• Free GB mainland delivery*
• Minimum six-months MOT and service
• Inclusive breakdown cover
• Road tax for the duration of the contract

*For some locations in Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands such as Dundee (DD), Inverness (IV), Aberdeen (AB), Perth (PH), Oban (PA), Greenock (PA) Stranraer (DG) and Skye (IV) a delivery charge of up £450 may be applicable depending on distance and supplying vehicle manufacturer. The following features are not included in your contract: 

• Vehicle insurance
• Maintenance & MOT (packages available)

All our used business vehicles are in very good condition and have been inspected and refurbished where necessary. 

Our minimum standards include:

• A minimum tyre thread depth of 3mm
• Serviced if within 1,000 miles or six months of service due
• A minimum of six months MOT
• Safety checks and valeting
• Delivered with 1/4 tank of fuel or 50% charge for electric vehicles

Please keep in mind that while we ensure high quality, some minor wear and tear or cosmetic damage may be present on the vehicle, such as small chips, scuffs, or scratches. All vehicles are priced accordingly to their condition. If there is any damage that exceeds the acceptable limits, we will discuss it with you before you sign a contract.

We understand that different businesses have unique needs, so our contracts for our business used cars are designed to be flexible. You can choose from contract lengths of 12, 24, or 36 months, depending on your needs.

Additionally, we offer a range of mileage allowances per year, starting from 5,000 and going up to 20,000 miles. This allows you to select the contract length and mileage allowance that aligns with your specific business requirements, driving habits, and preferences.

The mileage of our used vehicles varies depending on their age, but all have less than 75,000 miles recorded on the odometer. When you place your order, you will be informed of the exact mileage of the vehicle. Any mileage already on the vehicle before it is handed over to you will not be counted towards your annual mileage allowance.

Our business used car lease deals do not include maintenance as standard, however, you have the option to add maintenance to your contract for an additional cost. 

A vehicle maintenance contract covers all scheduled servicing, replacement tyres, MOT, and extended breakdown cover throughout the duration of your lease agreement. For more information, please visit our vehicle maintenance section.

Please keep in mind that if you choose a non-maintained agreement, you will be responsible for any maintenance, servicing, and MOT costs that may be required throughout the term of your lease. 

In order to be eligible for business lease finance, most finance providers require a positive net worth or credit score. Additionally, you may be asked to provide bank statements that demonstrate the incoming and outgoing payments from your business accounts.

For new start-up businesses, sole traders, or partnerships trading for less than two years, there may be options for finance on lease contracts up to 24 months. However, this is determined on a discretionary and occasional basis.

To be considered for business finance, you will typically need to:

• Consent to a credit search for all directors, up to a maximum of three individuals
• Submit three months' business bank statements, along with proof of any agreed overdraft facility (if applicable), or provide the last year-end accounts
• Provide copies of the driving licenses of any directors
