Complete Care Terms and Conditions
Complete Care is available to drivers aged between 21-70 with no more than 2 “at fault” claims in the last 2 years and no more than 6 points on driving licence. The driver must not have been subject to a driving ban in the last 5 years and must have held a full UK/EU licence for at least one 1 year. High value electric vehicles are available to drivers aged between 25-70 with no “at fault” claims in the last 2 years and no points on driving licence. The driver must not have been subject to a driving ban and must have held a full UK/EU licence valid for at least 5 years. Prices are based on the postcode of the customer. 72% of our customers would qualify for the advertised price however a confirmed rate will be sent in writing upon request.
In the event of an incident resulting in damage, loss or theft to the vehicle, the customer will be required to pay an excess known as a Customer Incident Charge (CIC) if they are found to be “at fault”. The CIC varies depending on the number of “at fault” incidents for the vehicle and is an escalating charge as follows:
- First incident is £250
- Second incident £350
- Third and subsequent incidents £750
For high value electric vehicles, the CIC is £1000 for the Tesla Model 3 & Y, Porsche Taycan and Audi e-tron GT and £2000 for the Tesla Model S & X and Mercedes-Benz EQS.
If a repair is lower than the CIC, then the customer will only be charged for the loss, also known as a Customer Elected Payment (CEP).

What is the difference between different Tesla Model 3 versions?
There are currently three versions of the Tesla Model 3 available: Standard Plus, Long Range and Performance Edition.
The Tesla Model 3 Standard Plus has a range of 278 miles and comes with Rear-Wheel Drive. It can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.3 seconds.
The Tesla Model 3 Long Range has a range of 360 miles and comes with Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive. It can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds.
The Tesla Model 3 Performance Edition has a range of 352 miles and comes with Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive. It is the fastest model in the range, accelerating from 0-60 mph in just 3.1 seconds.

Is Tesla Model 3 eligible for OLEV grant?
From April 2021, the Tesla Model 3 is no longer eligible for the OLEV plug-in grant, however, anybody getting a Tesla as a company car will benefit from the latest cuts in benefit-in-kind (BIK) company car tax. From 6 April, all fully electric cars will benefit from a 0% BIK rate, rather than the previous rate of 16%.
What are the delivery options for the Tesla Model 3?
Tesla offers a variety of delivery options. Eligibility for specific delivery options depends on your delivery location, car configuration and any preference you may have.
You can request collection at a Tesla delivery location. On your delivery day, you will have all the time you need to explore the features of your car at your own pace via the in-car Tesla Tutorials and Owner’s Manual on the touchscreen. All tutorials can also be accessed from the Settings menu in the Tesla app, or you can ask a Tesla Advisor for additional information during delivery.
