Love the car, the drive is perfect. Inside is gorgeous with the wrap around LED lights. The main console does have regular issues such as the Satnav not working, along with a selection of other others which happen daily which is irritating, hope Seat solve these soon as it's been over a year. I would love to keep this car for longer then my 3 year contract!

Overall very pleased with the car. Drives well and fuel efficient. The only negative is it can be distracting having all the controls on the touch screen. For example changing the temperature in the car would be easier with a button rather than moving eyes from road to the screen.

Poor customer service from dealer, refusing to service the car despite it being a year old. Car doesn’t meet mpg that it stated. Needed two updates for in car entertainment and it still resets itself periodically.

Buggy infotainment system, lack of physical heating controls, arrived with heated rear screen not working due to a part not being fitted by the factory, still has an SOS call error after over a year and SEAT still haven't fixed it despite numerous calls. Lane assist is way too aggressive and if you want to turn it off it has to be done per journey and can't be done permanently. Had a 2018 1.4 125PS Leon before which felt much more responsive than this one, everything just worked. Overall, apart from increased space, this car feels like a backward step and after loving my previous Leon so much this has now put me off getting a SEAT again.

I have had a couple of new cars of different makes but have never had so many issues as I have with this car, Seat Leon. Within 6 months of receiving the car I had an issue with an air bag fault. It was ongoing for quite a few months as SEAT could not find what the issue was. Eventually it did get resolved but the car had been back and to to the garage. My car has just recently been back into the garage as I had been experiencing the following issues: Brakes were making a crunching sound. These have now been replaced. Oil sensor fault is continually displaying on the dashboard. My car has only done 2000 miles and the oil level is correct. This appears at anytime whilst I'm driving. In a 10 minute journey it will come up 4 or 5 times. The garage have checked it out and found no issues. SEAT actually required a screenshot of the issue as proof which I provided. My car is due now to go back to the garage to get a replacement oil sensor as requested by SEAT. The sensor on the front passenger side beeps whenever I am manoeuvring or even at a junction when there is no obstruction. Again the garage could not find a fault with this but it continues to do this. Today I was reversing in a car park and the rear sensors started beeping continuously and wouldn't go off. I switched off the engine and opened the door and the beep stopped. As soon as I switched on the engine it started beeping again. I returned home with the car beeping. I turned the volume down on the rear sensors once at home and went on another 5 minute journey. I switched the engine off/on and turned up the volume and the beeping stopped. I'm beginning to think there is something seriously wrong with the computer in this car. My issues are ongoing at the moment but I've never known so many with the brand new car. I won't be choosing a SEAT again as I'm completely disillusioned
