I enjoy driving the Clio - small, handy and easy to drive. The Sat Nav is not so good - Favorites disappear regularly (I assume from updates) and does not seem to take into account the changing road conditions (traffic jams etc..). Still using Google for accurate travel times.

2nd Clio we have leased from you, mpg is not great. I have also asked for a reduction in mileage for the term of the lease which is taking a long time to get sorted

I dislike the fact that there is a square piece of paint missing from the roof and 2 dents which I didn't pick up on delivery. I've tried and tried but all I get is its bird poo caused it which is total nonsense. Nobody is interested I've tried emailing you on several occasions just to be ignored. I will never use you again .

Personally, I don't like the way it drives. I much preferred the performance of the Qashqai we had previously. It's a shame we have it for another 2 years as I would have liked something else.

Decent size with lots of useful features as standard like the touch screen, sat nav, DAB radio and voice control hands free phone. Downside is that it’s very rattly in the dashboard are which isnthe interior build quality. Never use cruise control and would have preferred parking sensors instead.
