Yes, the latest generation of the Renault Captur is available with an E-Tech self-charging hybrid powertrain. It combines a 1.6-litre petrol engine with a pair of electric motors and a 1.2kWh battery to boost fuel efficiency to up to 60mpg. 

Fourteen possible combinations of the engine and electric motor are available to optimise its operation, and a new E-SAVE function is available that maintains a battery charge of at least 40%.

Renault gave the Captur a facelift in 2024, and with it came a whole range of modern technologies. On the dashboard, the Captur has a 10.4-inch touchscreen that features Renault's OpenR Link infotainment system with Google built-in, a 10.25-inch digital instrument display, smartphone mirroring, and a wireless smartphone charger.

The Renault Captur comes with 616 litres of boot space as standard, which can be extended to 1,596 litres with the rear seats folded. On the full hybrid version, standard boot space decreases to 480 litres to make room for the battery.
