Didnt know the "Urban" Edition skimped on so many features. No folding mirrors, no rear parking sensors, no rear seat map pockets, not even able to fold the rear seats down from inside the car. Instead comes with 20" wheels, would prefer cheaper 19" wheels and add some parking sensors.

Expensive service cost, first service which is an oil change only is £476 with Mercedes.

Love the quality, comfort, practicality and driving position. Compared to rivals this could do with more features as standard on this spec, no front sensors for example.

220 engine lacks enough power for weight of car , lack of dab radio is poor dor a 40k Mercedes. Road holding is fair but steering is vague

Small boot for such a big car. The windows steam up easily on wet days and I find that I’m continually turning on the max vent to clear the windows. It is seriously thirsty when it comes to fuel. I am not a fast driver and consciously try to drive in a way that gets the optimum miles per litre. This car is not in anyway economical and I can’t wait to hand it back at the end of the lease plan. On a plus side. It is very comfortable to drive.
