poor electrics that fail regularly, very poor software that works occasionally and everything is working loose so every journey is a rattling contest against turning the radio up. lovely to look at, hideous to live with. very poor.

Cupra connect only included for 12 months then £120 per annum is a rip off. Sat nav is not usable after 12 months without traffic updates if don’t renew cupra connect. With bmw, traffic updates for life.

Poor fuel efficiency when driving through towns and not on a motorway. Dislike some small details like one normal sized cup holder for driver and passenger also some features like the temperature controls on the dash do not light up so very difficult to see in the dark if you do not want to use the touch screen controls. Love everything else as its a great car.

The car required a new battery a short while ago. This was a hassle as we were without a car for two days. But generally very happy.

the car is brilliant I am very pleased with the car. and the service from both ALD, Nationwide vehicle lease. I would have no hesitation in leasing this car again. if I had one negative then it would be the in regards to the first service. I felt the dealers assistants were quite ignorant , rude , I was made feel like I was not important to them, because I was just a car lease customer.

The Cupra is simply the best car I have ever driven. I have had Audi's, BMW's, Volvo's, Saab's - all good in their own right, but this Formentor beats them all hands down. The performance and handling is second to none, plus I feel safe. My only gripe are that perhaps there is a little too much technology trying to control the driver, plus the temperature controls are not lit so can't be seen in the dark. I'd also like a dial like in BMW's and Audi's to scroll through music or radio stations, rather than the touch screen which is very difficult to use when driving - possibly even illegal! However, I'd still lese one of these even with those faults.

Just overall the tech freezing and fuel efficiency not good for a brand new car .Power is not enough for the size of the car also. The service is to expensive £250 just for oil change and an oil filter not very happy with overall experience I've had. This is my first lease car and probably the last I'd rather buy my own way much cheaper.

The infotainment is fiddly, and the other tech i.e. smart assists etc are just annoying and you can’t turn them off (apart from on a per trip basis). The car on the whole is great. Looks good, drives well (1.6 a little under powered), very well equipped and comfortable.

In its class it offers good value for money. Adequate performance from the 1.5 litre engine mated to dsg automatic gearbox. A little disconcerting that per the diagnostic system no 1st service required until end of 2nd year. Main drawback for me is no buttons or switches for heating, radio, media player etc. 100% touch screen only is not in my opinion driver friendly or especially safe. However this would not prevent me from leasing the car again or considering the hybrid option next time around ( depending on cost).

The car lacks power when overtaking or driving up hill. The monthly cost of cars is now going up so high, I would have to look at buying used car next time I change.
