Pros+ An easy car to live with, good to drive and plenty of Kit, good looking and a bit different to the norm Cons- poor fuel efficiency (averaging low 30s), temperature controls maddeningly unlit (now lit in this years facelift)

The vehicle itself is excellent and we are very pleased with it. However, the maintenance plan that we have is dreadful! The phone line (when you manage to get through) is awful as the staff are actually very unhelpful and considering we pay nearly £100 per month we expect a little more. We just tried to book the first service and are having to wait until December (or go to garage in a different county!!). We would definitely not use this company for the financial arrangements.

The response of acceleration when power is needed takes a while to kick in and I find the mirrors and seat position hard to gauge the front and rear of the vehicle as essentially it is a SEAT Leon on SUV wheels. But it is comfortable and the technology is great. It it a good motorway car.

Great car. The onboard computer is a bit slow to respond sometimes but that's to be expected with a proprietary system.. would be great if the standard colours were wider than black or white or grey without having to pay for them.

its a used rental that already came with a fault, and causes the screen to stop working every so often, and after contacting the leasing company, they explained they wouldn't cover the costs. I don't want nor can assume the costs of the repair. When the screen doesn't want I can't use the sat nav, the zircon or heating system or play music.

Looks great, drives great, great engine, turning circle. NEGATIVE - constantly sending random error messages which is irritating. At service they had to clear 12 pages of intermittent fault codes. Car tells you how to drive - warning sound and message to drive in centre of lane, I decide if I offset a lane to avoid rough tarmac or debris, I don't want messages from the car telling me where to position. Crash alert warnings when passing parked cars - distracting. Several times the brakes have slammed on for no reason after a crash alert. Finally the tablet style control display - too much is controlled by this which is very distracting, even dangerous. That unit should.just display info, I shouldn't have to go through several sub menus while driving to change a control. Shame, really nice looking and driving car but I wouldn't have another one for the above reasons
