It's a really nice car. Very comfortable. Slight gripes about the touch screen air con controls, an actual dial would be more practical. I only marked that l would not lease this car again as l made the mistake of taking a petrol. I definitely need a diesel next time.

Very comfortable ride. Pleasantly surprised at the power of the1.2 petrol engine. Enjoyable car to own and drive.

Like the fact that it has three seats in the back - not two and a hump. Like the fact that the back floor for passengers is flat all the way across so nobody is left straddling the hump. Dislike some of the touch screen and buttons associated with it. Not easy to turn heater/AC up/down when driving.

It just drives and handles poorly. I chose it as a budget vehicle but have been surprised at just how flimsy it feels and handles. I previously had a Nissan Xtrail which was a fantastic car for the money and well worth the little extra

Very comfortable, 3 separate seats in the back mean less fighting between my 3 kids. Easy to park in spite of its size. Generally very happy. First Citroen would definitely stick with the brand for the next car.

Great car! Can’t believe it only has a 1200 cc engine. The satnav is not as straightforward as others, however that’s not a great price to pay. Very comfortable and a joy to drive!

My Citroen C5 Aircross has everything in it that you would find in a luxury car brand and a much lower price. It also looks great and is very enjoyable to drive.

Service was an issue, had no contact about it. Tried calling Nation Wide but very unhelpful. I the end had to drive to the dealer to service (no other car or way of getting home) when they are supposed to collect the vehicle - not a major issue but think it can be organised much better for clients requiring a service that have taken the service plan at an extra cost.
