I was sold this vehicle with a lot of additional kit that wasn’t on the vehicle such as wireless charging and a Harmon Kardon stereo. It didn’t come with either and no one informed me of that so it wasn’t until I took delivery I realized that they were missing. I was then promised a refund of my admin fee and that never happened either. I will never be satisfied with the car as a result of how it was mis-sold. Having been with Nationwide for over 10 years and about 5 cars now I certainly won’t be using you again. I’m so disgusted with your lack of customer service after my loyalty

You must maintain and service your BMW X3 according to the manufacturer's guidelines as part of your lease agreement. A main dealer is the best place to get your car serviced. BMW offers a service pack for the X3 starting at £25 per month, which equals £300 per year.
To help keep maintenance costs low, you can add a vehicle maintenance package to your lease agreement. A car maintenance contract includes all scheduled servicing, replacement tyres, MOT, and any repair charges that may be needed throughout the contract term for a flat monthly amount.
You pay an initial rental as an alternative to a deposit with a lease agreement. Your initial rental basically acts as your first payment and can be designed to meet your needs and budget.
At Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, we don't offer 'no deposit' leasing deals on the BMW X3 however you can take advantage of a lower initial rental, usually equivalent to one month upfront.
