With a lease agreement, you pay an initial rental rather than a deposit. Your initial rental form parts of the lease contract and essentially acts as your first payment.
When leasing a BMW, your initial rental can be customised to suit your needs and budget. Most lease customers choose an initial rental equivalent to three or six-months monthly rentals to help reduce their monthly rental amount, but you can choose an initial rental as low as one monthly rental upfront to help keep upfront costs down.

Is it better to buy or lease the BMW 8 Series?
Whether you choose to buy or lease the BMW 8 Series depends on your needs.
Car leasing offers many benefits over buying, such as inclusive road tax and breakdown cover, lower upfront costs, no depreciation concerns, and the opportunity to upgrade your 8 Series every two, three or four years.
However, if you prefer to own your vehicle, drive a lot of miles each year or have a poor credit history then buying a BMW 8 Series may be the better option for you.
