As a plug in hybrid it takes a lot of trial and error to align the the apps for energy supplier, charger and vehicle to get it to charge reliably. The tech in the vehicle is generally very good but sometimes irritating e.g. continuously reverting back to Apple Play when you just want to listen to the radio. The luggage space is awkwardly shaped due to the sloping back, my A6 Avant could carry far more than the Q5. In future I may go back to an estate car. Driving usually in auto-hybrid mode I do average 55 mpg which is a lot for a 220 bhp petrol and the build quality is the usual Audi high standard.

Was expecting better MPG than an average of 32. Very comfortable, interior is high quality with great selection of materials. Good driving position although pedal position slightly awkward for taller people - much like all recent VAG vehicles. Rear leg room is not great. Boot space inadequate, but understand this is due to the battery. Infotainment very good, performance is blistering

All round excellent vehicle and ideal for our purposes/family use & business use. Boot is a bit smaller than would like in comparison to previous merc GLC and Volvo xc60.

The vehicle handles very well into the corners and is very comfortable off road and is not too bouncy for an SUV. The downside to that is the suspension is quite firm which makes the handling on potholed rural roads more tiresome. Overall a good vehicle with nice interior though not a fan of the gloss black interior trim as scratches easily.

Dislike: 1. Car delivered with wrong number plates. 2. Takes too long to charge for a short mileage run on electric. 3. Charging bag takes up too much space in a small boot. 4. Local Audi dealer not very helpful in getting number plates changed. Likes: 1. Nationwide were helpful. 2. Lots of good gadgets 3. Smooth ride 4. Looks good 5. Good acceleration
