The Qashqai has been one of Nissan’s biggest success stories in not only sales but reputation, and Nissan have now updated the multi-award winning range with the launch of a brand new n-tec grade (replacing Acenta Premium) plus a new Xtronic DIG-T 115 model.

The n-tec
Quintessentially, a Nissan Qashqai is a Nissan Qashqai, but there are subtle changes to the look of the new n-tec grade such as some unique 18-inch alloy wheels with a stylish and distinctive black diamond-cut finish along with the choice of an optional n-tec+ trim that include a full-length Panoramic glassroof and roofrails.
And when it comes to the very latest technologies Nissan haven’t avoided the issue by reinforcing the n-tec’s safety, comfort and entertainment features with features such as the media-acclaimed Around View Monitor (AVM) that provides driver with a ‘helicopter view’ of the area immediately surrounding the car. AVM is just a part of the Qashqai’s latest NissanConnect entertainment system where you will find a collection of technologies that includes smartphone connectivity and advanced satellite navigation system featuring Google Send to Car route planning; and there’s also other standard features on the Qashqai n-tec to add to the pleasure of discovering what your car can do for you such as Nissan’s Intelligent Key with push-button start, front and rear parking sensors, automatic folding mirrors and an auto dimming rear view mirror.

The DIG-T 115 Xtronic
As if there wasn’t enough Qashqai choice, Nissan has decided to spoil us by adding in a new model in the form of a DIG-T 115 Xtronic that features a six-speed automatic transmission option for the first time from the Acenta upwards, allowing the new model to emit just 129g/km and offer fuel economy of 50.4mpg on the combined cycle.
