Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is proud to share that we have been named Best Volume Broker at the 2025 Broker News Awards, marking our third consecutive win in this prestigious category.
The Best Volume Broker category is open to leasing brokers who deliver over 5,000 vehicles each year while continuing to uphold exceptional standards in service.
To win, the judges were looking for more than numbers – they wanted proof of a well-rounded, scalable business model that can sustain growth without sacrificing service quality.
“An exceptional submission. The statistics speak for themselves in terms of the efficiencies they’ve driven over the past 12 months and the technology they’ve introduced to enable a scalable business model. The adoption of the used vehicle programme shows adaptability. Finally, the focus on ESG also demonstrates the quality of this business.”

In our award submission, we showcased how we continue to raise the bar through:
- Scalable Operations: Our recent digital transformation project has redefined internal efficiencies, with a flexible CRM platform that evolves with industry trends and customer needs.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: We’ve set new benchmarks with our AI-powered feedback tool, leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning to capture and analyse customer feedback in real time, enabling rapid service improvements.
- Used Car Leasing Expansion: Our recently launched used car leasing programme is helping more customers access affordable, flexible vehicle finance while supporting sustainability.
- Strong Market Presence: Continued investment in marketing, partnerships, and customer support has strengthened our position as a market leader.
“We’re thrilled to have been awarded Best Volume Broker for the third consecutive year. This achievement reflects the unwavering commitment and hard work of our entire team, who continually strive to deliver outstanding service at scale. A heartfelt thank you to our customers, partners, and all those who’ve supported us.”
